A 250-seat signature restaurant, Locale Kitchen + Lounge, features an eclectic mix of patterns and materials, along with exposed structural elements, to create a fine dining concept. Included in the hotel is a 7,000-square-foot spa and a 3,000-square-foot exterior pool with beach entry and pool bar. New food and beverage concepts are also part of the expansion. The beauty of the southern California valley provided design inspiration, and the new hotel evokes the surrounding landscape through rich wood finishes, soft neutral tones and bursts of gold. The centerpiece of the Viejas Casino & Resort expansion is Willows Hotel & Spa, a luxurious 159-room, five-story, all-suites hotel.
